We offer delivery to the Houston area as well outlaying suburbs within a 30 mile radius of our shop. Because of multiple variables, including traffic in the Houston area we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery window that can be added to the special instruction box during checkout. We will do our best to deliver the arrangement within that time frame. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact them as best as we can. If there is no response we will contact you and set up a different time or arrange to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded and covered location. Re-delivery fees may apply. Please be sure to add any special instructions at checkout.

All flower sales at Bergner and Johnson are final. We provide a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, light, and moisture. Receiving a defective product is the only exception. If you are not happy with the product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items at info@bergnerandjohnson.com or call us at 713-662-3769. Please keep in mind flowers are perishable and have a life of their own, proper care is required.
